About the Role
Full-Time Night RN Charge Nurse for a cardiac telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of high-quality nursing care across all age groups
- Manage operational issues during shifts
- Provide clinical care as needed based on patient census
- Communicate patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership
- Serve as a resource and guidance for staff members
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience; two or more preferred
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
- Bachelor's degree and advanced certifications preferred
- Demonstrated clinical competency
