About the Role
Charge RN for an Inpatient Heart Failure unit on the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily unit operations and staffing assignments.
- Oversee bedside nurses and ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patients.
- Manage patient flow and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based cardiac care practices.
- Ability to manage staffing and clinical concerns effectively.
