Charge RN

Role: Charge RN for Inpatient Heart Failure unit on the night shift. Responsibilities Coordinate daily unit operations and staffing assignments.Oversee bedside nurses and ensure safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patients.Manage patient flow and escalate clinical concerns as needed.Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.Mentor and support team members, promoting a respectful and inclusive culture.Participate in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Leadership experience in a clinical setting.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of heart failure care and clinical best practices.Ability to mentor and foster team development.
