About the Team
Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital featuring a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care.
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
Requirements
- Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited program in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Prior charge or previous leadership experience.
- Prior acute care experience in a hospital setting.
Pay
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
