Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in the OR setting.Assess patient conditions, develop and revise care plans as needed.Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.Adhere to regulatory, hospital, and departmental policies, including the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program; ASN nurses hired after May 2014 must obtain a BSN within three years.Current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification.
