In this role, you’ll provide exceptional nursing care in a calm, focused overnight environment—ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect. ✅ Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hoursAssess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and changesAdminister medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocolsCollaborate with on-call providers, therapists, and the care team as neededEducate residents and families on health conditions and care plansMaintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)Foster a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environmentSupervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and direct care staff 🏥 Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employmentNew grads encouraged to apply!Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferredStrong understanding of clinical protocols and state/federal regulationsExcellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skillsCompassionate, resident-first approach to careBLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus) 💼 Why Join Our Night RN Team?
