About the Role

Regions Hospital has a great opportunity to join our nursing team as a Charge RN in Mental Health, working with an incredible team of people who have a passion for caring for others. Northeast 5 serves patients 18 years and older experiencing an acute mental health illness of high acuity. Patients may also have medical/surgical conditions that require intervention.

We treat all mental illnesses in adults at our state-of-the-art facility, providing comprehensive, personalized care for all our patients’ needs, no matter how complex.

Schedule

0.80 FTE (Nights). Includes every other weekend rotation and some holidays.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing
  • Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
  • CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected to be obtained within 5 years of hire
  • Two (2) years of experience in the area of specialty preferred at 0.8 FTE or above (minimum of 3,328 hours)
  • Mental Health RN experience
