Charge Registered Nurse - Cardiology ICU

The Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and coordination of unit staffing to ensure clinical objectives and quality patient care. Key responsibilities include assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing/support staff, assessing patient care needs, developing care assignments, collaborating with advanced practice providers, evaluating care effectiveness, and responding to patient care complaints. Qualifications require a graduate of an accredited nursing program and at least one year of registered nurse experience. Physical demands involve constant communication, standing, walking, lifting, and using vision and hearing, with occasional patient lifting and movement. Must hold current RN licensure and BLS certification applicable to the state of work. Role is primarily night shift in ICU with 24 hours per week.
