Role Overview: An Outpatient Registered Nurse providing life-sustaining dialysis therapy to adult patients with chronic kidney disease. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage vascular access and dialysis machines.Administer IV medications and monitor patients closely throughout treatment.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.Educate patients and families on treatment processes and health management.Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license with experience in outpatient or dialysis settings preferred.Strong assessment, clinical, and patient education skills.Ability to work effectively in a regulated, team-oriented environment.
