Charge Nurse Team Lead - Full-Time

Role: The Med Surg Charge Nurse (RN) oversees patient care on a medical-surgical unit, providing direct nursing care, leading care planning, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities: Facilitates care coordination from hospitalization to discharge, develops complex individualized care plans, advocates for evidence-based practices, and promotes continuous improvement in patient safety and satisfaction. Acts as a clinical resource and leads multidisciplinary team efforts. Qualifications: Requires an RN license with 2-5 years of nursing experience; a Bachelor's degree in nursing and 5-10 years of experience are preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is not mandatory.
