About the role

The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) leads and provides comprehensive nursing care in a rehabilitation setting, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise clinical staff and deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Ensure effective communication among interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage patient and family education.
• Prioritize care based on acuity.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
