About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role requires completing a nursing program and obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on illness management, post‑treatment care, and medication use.
• Use critical thinking to assess and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans collaboratively, promoting patient‑centered healing.
• Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans accordingly.
• Participate in ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Maintain alertness and safety as this is a safety‑sensitive position.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure required within 90 days of graduation.
