About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role requires completing a nursing program and obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication use.
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical thinking skills.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, promoting patient-centered care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly throughout their stay.
• Participate in activities to enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Prior experience and additional certifications are advantageous.
