About the role
Responsible for leading and coordinating nursing activities on a cardiac telemetry unit, providing direct patient care, and acting as a clinical resource for staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee unit activities
- Ensure safe and effective patient care

- Support staff development

- Facilitates care planning and delivery
- Assesses patient needs
- Develops and implements complex individualized care plans
- Promotes evidence-based practices
- Leads quality improvement efforts
- Evaluates patient and family experiences
- Encourages professional development and practice advancement
- Ensures adherence to safety standards and hospital protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- RN licensure
- 2-5 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
- BSN preferred
- 5-10 years of experience preferred
- Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills required
