About the role
Responsible for leading and providing direct patient care in the Telemetry unit as a Charge Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Facilitates care coordination, develops and implements individualized care plans, and promotes evidence‑based practices.
- Assesses patient data, anticipates changes, and collaborates with the interprofessional team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Leads quality improvement efforts, evaluates patient and family satisfaction, and fosters safe care standards.
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or associate’s degree.
- RN license required.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of experience.
- Leadership experience is valuable but not mandatory.
