Charge Nurse (RN) - Surgical Intensive Care - Full-Time

About the role

Seeking a SICU - Surgical Intensive Care Charge Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• developing and implementing complex individualized care plans
• assessing patient data to identify and address changes in condition
• collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and family members
• promoting evidence-based practices and clinical improvements
• evaluating patient and family experiences to enhance care quality and satisfaction
• acting as a clinical resource and leader on shift
• supporting professional development and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• current RN license
• 2-5 years bedside ICU experience (preferred 5-10 years)
• preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• charge nurse experience is advantageous but not required
