What You'll Do
- Providing direct nursing care and supervising your assigned team.
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and families.
- Completing accurate documentation and maintaining continuity of care.
- Responding to resident needs and emergencies with confidence and compassion.
- Supporting care planning, mentoring team members, and promoting a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
- A current North Carolina RN or LPN license.
- Long-term care experience preferred (6+ months).
- Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
- A compassionate caregiver who enjoys working with older adults.
