Charge Nurse (RN / LPN )

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in maintaining high standards of patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct and document patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Cookout and participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Medication Administration, Vital Signs, and Wound Care
• Participate in staff education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Valid CT RN or LPN license in good standing
• 1 year of experience preferred, but new grads welcome
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
