About the Role

Coordinate patient care and staff during the night shift, utilizing nursing processes and leadership skills to ensure appropriate patient care, assess staff needs, and collaborate with staffing and administrative teams. Support departmental administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 2–5 years of acute care or equivalent RN experience
• Emergency room experience preferred
• Managerial experience advantageous

Certifications

• Current California RN license
• PALS certification
• ACLS certification
• MICN certification (within one year)
