Charge Nurse RN

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and overall clinical outcomes.
• Ensure that quality care, customer service, and employee relationships are always top priorities.
• Supervise and provide career coaching to existing staff members.
• Provide direct patient care, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing (as required by state).
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Stable work history and the dedication and commitment to lead a healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures, as well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 per hour. The wage range for this role considers factors such as skill sets, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
