Charge Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; deliver safe, effective treatments; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and communicate with families and staff; participate in performance improvement initiatives; and support shared governance activities. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree; valid RN license (multi-state or single-state); BLS certification; strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth; and adherence to confidentiality and safety standards. Additional Duties: Mentor and support other nurses, contribute to a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards. Performs other duties as assigned and complies with organizational policies.
