Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license, with multi-state or single-state certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
