About the Role
Under the direction of the Nurse Director, coordinates care provided by the staff for patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient and family care provided by nursing staff
Requirements
- Two years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
- Basic EKG skills
- Hazmat certification within 1 year of hire
- Incident Command training (ICS 100, 200, and 700) within 6 months of hire
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- Required: RN (Registered Nurse) license, State of Missouri
- Required: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
- Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
- Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing
