About the role
This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients across all life stages and managing operational issues during shifts. The nurse provides clinical care as needed based on patient census, communicates patient and departmental concerns to leadership, and serves as a resource for staff guidance and support.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred
- Current RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure
- Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialized certifications as applicable
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Specialty certifications preferred or required based on unit
- Experience in emergency, labor and delivery, or pediatric care is advantageous
