Charge Nurse - Night Shifts

Role Overview: The registered nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety, wellness, and evidence-based practices.Precept new staff and promote professional growth.Participate in maintaining quality and safety at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor’s Degree within three years of assuming the role.Current state RN licensure.Minimum of one year nursing experience.Valid BLS certification via AHA or Red Cross, with certification valid through sixty days of hire.
