Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Telemetry, Night Shift

Role Overview Seeking a dedicated nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care across all age groups and managing operational issues during their shift. They will coordinate nursing services, provide clinical care as needed, and communicate effectively with staff and leadership regarding patient needs, departmental concerns, and staffing issues. The role involves serving as a resource and guide for nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient department operations. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a nursing program.Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience.Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.BLS certification is required.Preferred: two or more years of hospital experience, bachelor's degree, and specialty certifications.Demonstrated clinical competency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate delivery of patient care from birth through the lifecycle.Manage operational issues during the shift.Provide clinical care based on census demands.Communicate effectively with staff and leadership.Serve as a resource for staff guidance and support.
