Charge Nurse - MedSurg and Orthopedics

Role Overview Provides quality nursing care across all age groups, manages operational issues during shifts, and communicates patient and staff concerns to leadership. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care delivery and ensure clinical standards are met. Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff. Address department issues and facilitate effective communication. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred. Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license. BLS certification required. Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification are a plus. Demonstrated clinical competency and strong communication skills.
