Charge Nurse, Long Term Care

Qualifications

• Graduate of National League of Nursing Accredited School of Nursing
• NJ RN license
• AHA BLS Provider
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS certification or eligible
• Evidence of leadership ability
• Evidence of interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate with others
• Physical stamina and ability to safely lift and move objects and people in Pediatric inpatient care areas
• BSN degree preferred
• Three years of Pediatric nursing experience preferred

Skills

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and professional practice guidelines.
