Charge Nurse - Lead Care Where it Matters Most

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including nurse visits, immunizations, and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff, medical assistants, and care teams
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of clinical staff
- Partner with providers and population health teams to support preventive care and close care gaps
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety efforts
- Occasionally provide clinical support in urgent care
Requirements
Active California RN license
Experience in primary care or community health (FQHC or rural health preferred); urgent care experience is a plus
Strong clinical skills in preventive care, immunizations, and patient education
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
Initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow as a leader
Experience mentoring, training, supporting, or guiding colleagues, either formally or informally
Qualifications
Leadership experience is welcome but not required. We are open to experienced clinicians who are ready to step into a leadership role and eager to develop their management and team leadership skills.

$118,560.00 - $126,880
