Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Preference for Bachelor's Degree
- At least one year of hospital nursing experience
Necessary Licenses and Certifications
- RN licensure
- BCLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy
- Specialized certifications such as NRP, PEARS, and others depending on the unit
Additional Duties
- Collecting and analyzing patient data
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Promoting safety and health
- P Practicing ethically
- Engaging in continuous professional development
Specialized Certifications and Training
- Required within specified timeframes for units like Cardiac Tele, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Pediatrics, Surgical Services, and Women's Services
