Responsibilities
- Coordinates the delivery of high-quality nursing care across all ages and manages operational issues during shifts.
- Provides clinical care as needed, communicates patient and staff concerns to leadership, and serves as a resource for staff guidance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred)
- At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred)
- Active RN licensure with various certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and specialty-specific credentials
- Additional certifications like NRP, Fetal Monitoring, Chemotherapy, and unit-specific certifications are required within specified timeframes
