Responsibilities
- Monitor care quality
- Ensure documentation and compliance
- Implement care plan changes
- Conduct patient and family rounding
- Serve as a resource

- Manage staffing
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Maintain supplies and equipment
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Oversee patient care during shifts
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum one year of critical care nursing and supervisory experience
- Behavioral Violence Prevention certification within 6 months
