About the role

We are seeking a Nursing Leader responsible for coordinating staffing, ensuring clinical objectives, and delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assigning, supervising, educating, and evaluating nursing and support staff during shifts.
• Assessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignments.
• Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluating care effectiveness and addressing issues impacting patient results.
• Responding to patient care concerns and managing resolutions.
• Providing input on staff hiring, training, and development.
• Maintaining safety and performing additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
• Minimum of one year registered nurse experience.
• Required professional licenses and certifications vary by state, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP, and RN licensure.

Skills

• Strong communication, standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and data entry skills.
• Ability to perceive visual and auditory cues essential for patient safety.
• Occasional patient lifting and moving, bending, and driving as needed.

Schedule

This role involves night shifts.
