Responsibilities

- Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring smooth patient transitions.
- Manage complex patient conditions, providing clinical guidance and support.
- Serve as a resource for clinical questions and best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated care.
- Respond to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and quick intervention.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current nursing licensure and relevant clinical experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
