Charge Nurse | RN
About the Role
As a Charge Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will oversee the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift, including mentoring and educating nursing personnel and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure care delivery aligns with company missions and policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Oversee and direct nursing care operations during assigned shifts.
- Mentor and educate nursing personnel.
- Work with physicians and other medical professionals to coordinate care.
Requirements
- Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) setting.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
