Charge Entry Technician - Heart and Vascular Clinic (HVC)

Job Summary

The Valley View's Heart and Vascular Center is seeking a Full-time Charge Entry Technician to assist with Charge Entry and some medical records. This job will require in-person training, some in-person work; but mainly remote.

Primary Duties

• Completes charge entry for all visits and procedures previously mentioned for Heart and Vascular.
• Audits charges for procedures Heart and Vascular.
• Enters orders and documentation required for charge entry.
• Assists with insurance corrections.

Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Consistency and accuracy in routine job functions.

Preferred Experience

• Working in EPIC.
• Medical Terminology or Clinical Experience.
• Previous Health Information Experience and/or Charge entry.
