Charge Cardiac Registered Nurse

Role: Charge RN for Inpatient Heart Failure unit. Responsibilities Coordinate daily unit operations and staffing assignments.Oversee bedside nurses to ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patients.Manage patient flow and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.Mentor and support team members, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
