Character Performer- Part Time, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort

Disney Live Entertainment is seeking performers to portray specific costumed character roles within a height range to perform in costume, greeting guests, signing autographs, and posing for photographs at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high energy levels, a full range of body movement, basic improvisation, and guest interaction
• Wear large body costumes, heads, and feet in hot weather conditions
• Meet audition requirements and movement/animation skill evaluations
• Cross-train in one of the following roles: Recreation (Lifeguard, Children's Activities, Recreation Rentals)

Requirements

• Must meet one of the following height ranges: 5’5”–5’8.5” or 5’11”–6’4” (official heights verified at callback)
• Slender to athletic build
• Warm, engaging, and outgoing personality
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Full availability for any shift, three days per week (Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday), including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Starting rate of $20.00 per hour.
