Part Time Costume Specialist, Walt Disney World

About the role

As a Part-Time Costume Specialist, you will support Disney Cruise Line costuming operations by making deliveries, managing costuming inventory, assisting with costume fittings, and more. You will transport garments to on-property or off-property sites using company vehicles, including box trucks, and report to the Costume Storage Manager.

Responsibilities

• Transport garments to on-property or off-property sites using company vehicles (box trucks, SUVs, multi-passenger vans)
• Assist with costume inventory and fittings
• Operate heavy equipment such as Roll Loader, Forklift, Scissor Lift, and WAV lift (training and certification provided)
• Work at elevations up to 30 feet
• Lift bins or objects up to 50 lbs
• Assist performers in various stages of dress

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid US Driver’s license
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Willingness to work a variety of shift times, including overnight hours, holidays, and weekends
• Receptive to working flexible schedules, including early mornings (as early as 5:00am) or late nights (as late as 3:00am, 4:00am, or 5:00am)

Pay

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $19.00 per hour.
