About the role

Join a dynamic team at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort as a part-time Quick Service Food & Beverage Cast Member. No two days are the same—you’ll interact with guests from around the world while rotating between the grill, sandwich bar, and cash register. Your role is key to delivering the delicious food and efficient service guests expect, all while providing the "Disney difference" that enhances their vacation experience. The goal? Ensuring nobody goes hungry and everybody leaves smiling.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and operate the point-of-sale system (cash register).
• Handle cash, fulfill orders, and prep food.
• Stock items, manage inventory, and maintain Disney’s renowned cleanliness standards in both front and back of house.
• Communicate guest feedback to leaders to help evolve menus at the resort’s quick service locations, Palmetto Dunes and Tide Me Over.
• Answer guest questions, share resort information, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Blend professionalism with enthusiasm to create a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Part-time availability with a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day and all national/state holidays.
• Previous cashier experience and/or quick-service or related restaurant industry experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google and Microsoft.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Problem-solving skills and a desire to continually improve.
• Ability to speak a language other than English.

Pay

Starting rate of pay is $20.00 per hour.
