Chapter 13 Standing Trustee

About the Role

The United States Trustee is accepting resumes for consideration for appointment as a standing trustee to administer chapter 13 bankruptcy cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. Standing trustees receive compensation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 586(e)(1)(A).

Requirements

• Meet the minimum qualifications for appointment as a standing trustee set forth in 28 C.F.R. § 58.4.
• Possess strong administrative, financial, and interpersonal skills.
• Management, fiduciary, and bankruptcy experience is desirable but not mandatory.
