The Chaplain Resident provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, their families, guests, and staff. Simultaneously, the Chaplain Resident engages in an action-reflection, process model of education focusing on professional competency and pastoral identity development.

- Participates in on-call duty rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or relevant religious studies (similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations).

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
The program is designed for one year. Full time, 1 FTE, Variable Shift, 40 hours per week.
