About the role
The Chaplain Resident provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, their families, guests, and staff. Simultaneously, the Chaplain Resident is actively engaged in an action-reflection, process model of education that focuses on the development and enhancement of the student's professional competency and pastoral identity.
Responsibilities
- Provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, their families, guests, and staff.
- Engages in an action-reflection, process model of education focusing on professional competency and pastoral identity.
- Participates in on-call duty rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution.
- Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution (preferred).
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of counseling methods.

Pay
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

The position is Full-time and works 8-hour, Day shifts.
