Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and recommend optimizations to improve key marketing metrics.
Develop and deliver performance reports, translating campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align paid, owned, and earned media strategies with U.S. and global marketing objectives.
Apply best practices and innovative approaches to optimize full-funnel performance across platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Demandbase.
Support campaign operations and process improvements, including tracking frameworks, reporting methodologies, and onsite execution for key events; leverage tools such as Sprinklr, Eloqua, and ABM platforms.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 4+ years of experience managing paid social and paid media campaigns in a B2B, B2C, or agency environment; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Reddit, and ABM tools such as Demandbase.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, bidding models, full-funnel media planning, and campaign tracking (UTMs, pixels, attribution).
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, pacing, and ROI, with strong communication, organization, and proficiency in Excel in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Scale Information
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually.
