Job Summary In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic planning for the channel marketing team. You’ll build a strong partnership with the channel marketing and alliances teams, helping them to solve systems, process, technology, and reporting challenges from within the Demand Systems & Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying business challenges, gathering business requirements, and navigating complex data environments to enable channel marketing and alliance teams to accurately report on and grow their businesses. This individual will possess strong oral and written communications skills to effectively translate business pain points into scalable process improvements which minimize system disruption. Additional tasks include supporting change management activities to ensure successful adoption across the organization. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in various marketing systems, and a keen understanding of channel marketing principles are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to breakdown complex business issues into simplistic objectives and requirements Coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies Conduct risk assessments to mitigate disruptions Support development of business cases and project plans Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights Establish forecasting and performance metrics to drive data driven recommendations for continuous improvement Development of documentation and diagrams outlining new or enhanced business processes Assist in testing and quality assurance activities Provide user education and enablement materials for end usersHelp to evolve the following business processes in close collaboration w/ channel and alliance marketing teamsCampaign Management and MeasurementLead and account scoringLead managementLead routingPartner lead handoff processesWorkflow/rule-based notifications Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in B2B tech, direct experience in channel and alliance marketing is preferredBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related quantitative/analytical field requiredExperience managing and reporting on the performance of co-marketing investments/MDF budgetsProven track record of meeting deadlines under pressure with competing and changing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environmentWorking knowledge of the MarTech stack and capabilities, and how tools contribute to the overall B2B lead/revenue generation process. Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 100,300 - 118,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
