Responsibilities
- Own and grow channel relationships across assigned territories
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
- Drive enablement initiatives to help partners sell 42Gears products effectively
- Collaborate with marketing to execute partner programs, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives
- Analyze partner performance and create action plans to improve engagement and revenue
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development (ideally in tech/SaaS)
- Proven ability to manage and grow B2B channel relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and reseller ecosystems
- Self-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
