About the role

The Channel Development Manager will lead the expansion of Lenovo's sales channels, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Lenovo’s channel network
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster long-term partnerships
  • Manage and mentor a team of channel managers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful channel implementations
  • Monitor and report on channel performance metrics
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or channel management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through channel development
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
