Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators specializing in wireless and LMR solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributor partners and dealers.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive partner success and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partner proficiency in selling and supporting Ubiik wireless solutions.
- Manage dealer relationships across multiple states.
- Ensure partners are delivering agreed-upon goals and metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in wireless communications or LMR systems.
- Proven ability to build and nurture channel relationships.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of LMR technologies (e.g., analog/digital radio systems, P25, DMR, TETRA).
- Proven ability to build and manage successful partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to partner sites, trade shows, and industry events.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LTE/5G technologies.
- Experience with Technical Support.
- Experience with partner management platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with wireless product lines such as base stations, repeaters, and antennas.
- Ability to translate technical features into business value for partners and end-users.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
