Change Management - Engineer (TTA)
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tungsten (formerly Kofax) TotalAgility (TTA) Developer to join our IT Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting intelligent automation and document processing solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within the Tungsten TotalAgility platform.
- Develop workflows, business processes, capture solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain TTA forms, validation rules, process maps, and transformation modules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution of application defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and document management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Tungsten TotalAgility.
- Experience with workflow development, OCR/capture technologies, and document processing.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and web services/API integrations.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, or related technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, lockbox processing, or enterprise document management environments.
- Experience integrating Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) formerly KTA with ERP, ECM, or workflow platforms.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
