Change Management Consultant (Must Have Change Management, Service & Support)

Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our team on a contract basis to set the change management strategy and implement it for a large internal service & support software implementation project affecting multiple functional areas.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and review process and project documentation to assess the impact of the change
• Develop a communication and training plan
• Manage the change process to ensure a successful implementation and adoption

About the Role

This position is located in San Diego, CA and will last for 12 months. The total weekly hours are 40.00 and the shift is a 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (PT). There is also a hybrid schedule with onsite work on Tuesday and Thursday.

Requirements

• Must have Change Management experience
• Must have Service & Support experience

Qualifications

College degree is required.

Skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
